Shoe Therapy’s online store is safe and secure – providing you with peace of mind that your payment information is safe when you shop with us. Shoe Therapy offers free delivery on all orders $99 and over for all physical addresses in New Zealand. Please contact us for overseas delivery pricing. Please note, items must be shipped to a physical location address – we are not able to shop to PO Boxes at this time.
All Shoe Therapy purchases are shipped via Fastway Couriers. Estimated delivery times are 2 – 4 working days for standard deliveries, and 3 – 5 working days for rural deliveries. Please note, we aim to process all of our orders and get them out for delivery as soon as possible, however actual delivery times may vary (particularly during peak times such as Christmas) due to courier delays.
INSTORE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you change your mind about a full priced item purchased instore and wish to return it, you can exchange the item (within 7 days of purchase) for another item or a store credit. Proof of purchase is required, and the item must be unworn and in its original condition (not damaged or washed) with all tags attached.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for instore purchases due to a change of mind, as our instore customers have the opportunity to try styles on before making the decision to purchase. We are unable to offer returns on gift cards, vouchers or sale items, unless they are faulty.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
Shoe Therapy is proud to offer a 100% money back service on all purchases from our website. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit, or that you are not 100% happy with, just make contact with us within 3 days and then return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Footwear purchased online may be returned for an exchange of size or refund within 14 days of receiving delivery providing the shoes have not been worn or damaged in any way. The shoebox and packaging must be in the original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Please note that goods are your responsibility until they reach our store.

We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the item back. We're not able to receive returns outside of the 14 day period (we will always meet our obligations for faulty items).
Shoe Therapy is not liable for the loss or damage of an item being returned. Please securely package and return to us (at 178a Williams Street, Kaiapoi, North Canterbury 7630, New Zealand) using tracked courier mail. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
All Shoe Therapy items are carefully checked for manufacturer flaws prior to processing and shipping, and we take great care in packaging all purchases with care to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item fault is missed during our screening procedures, or that an item becomes damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase to arrange the return of your purchase for repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds for faulty items will be processed and notified once we have inspected and accepted the return, using the original payment method.
